Probably Jay over the last few years - pretty much since American Gangster. BP3 was trash, he struggled on WTT, MCHG is trash.

What's Nas' lowest point? Probably HHID/Untitled. Yet both albums featured some dope track here or there, and more importantly it never sounded like Nas forgot how to rhyme.
