its not a black thing it's just a major city thing.....they're everywhere in LA right now, i think most popular in SF. Nonetheless, they're EVERYWHERE.

The company is called Bird. There's also a company called Lime that has scooters and bikes. That's what you're seeing everybody on.

I use em all the time they're convenient and cheap if you need to go somewhere like 2-3 miles or less
