Your juices should be 80% veg 20% fruit
Cucumber and celery have high water yields so no water needed
A good ratio for that juice would be one cucumber, 3 stalks celery and an apple

My fav recipe is kale lemonade - mad kale, 2 lemons and some ginger
Perfect after a fatboy binge or drinking session

I have a jack lelane juicer. I do a lot of carrot juices with apple orange and ginger. Starting to this about adding cayenne pepper and honey as well for a nice little kick to it.

I also do celery cucumbers with apple and lime as well.

now that it’s colder, I need to experiment with juicing more root veggies...

Kale Lemonade - 6 Large Kale Leaves & Stems /4 Lemons / 1 Apple / Sparkling Water
Beet/Carrot/Kale/Ginger - 1 Beet / 3 Carrots / 5 Kale Leaves & Stems / 1 Inch Ginger
Cucumber / Pepper Juice - 2 Whole Cucumbers & 5-6 Red, Yellow & Green Peppers
V8 Base Juice (add greens if you want) - 2-3 Tomatoes / 2-3 Stalks Celery / 1 Carrot / 1/4 Beet
