Carlisle and SGA, if SGA ran off 3-4 championships with say 2 mvps he can be tp 15 all time

The main issue for him is LeBron is literally still playing and is still that guy. Curry is still here. Luka is in LA. If Giannis goes to NY and wins the title, or if NY stays in the title contention with Jalen, there’s that. There’s at least four or five young guys who are more popular to the general public than SGA. Plus with the way technology and social media moves forward, a “face” of the league may not even be a thing soon.
the older guys (bron, steph, kd) still amazing players especially at their age but, respectfully, the nba needs to move on. their legacy is set. giannis, great player, mvp, title, but not face material imo. can't put my finger on it. joker is also a great player, mvps, title, but not face material and he don't want it. luka, ehh..starting to think he might never win a chip. won't put in the work. tatum, injury sucks for the breh, will he bounce back? he's a dark horse. hali, not convincing. ant has the highlights and heart, tbd. imo sga has the momentum out of all those mentioned.

you might be right about there no longer being a face soon. world is getting smaller. plus not like it was in the past with the same guys contending every year.

This is pretty much what I was trying to do with this thread (for those who didn't get where I was aiming from).
