I was depressed when I was much younger. Too many things happened at the same time and I did not know how to handle it.

downtime is what you need. Need to sit back and re-evaluate everything and move forward a bit more careful the next time. It will all work itself out, I don't think EVERYONE needs to talk to someone professionally. If you analyze and figure out why you are depressed you will get more satisfaction than someone talking to you and making it seem like they figured it out for you.

Not depressed, just stressed the fukk out lately. Like way more than usual :sadcam:

I masturbate more and exercise more that helps lessen my stress...

One of the worse things you can do IMO.....I just go see my shrink on occasion and keep it movin. They prescribe them to me but I just flush them. Not bipolar tho just have highs and lows

so how do you balance out the lows there is nothing else you can do?

I do not believe in medicine but I know you sometimes need it

**** I was depressed for like 10 years it seems and just self medicated with herb, I just went and saw a psych nurse a couple months ago cause life was bein a ***** *****, she put me on that wellbutrin....took a month to kick in but best thing that ever ****** happened to me fo real... recommend it to anyone who has too much pride to do anything about their sitch

I can't create when I'm on meds, so I won't take them. I just ride out the lows and enjoy the sudden highs...

Sometimes the lows make me not want to be here anymore but when I come out of those super lows, I'm the most creative. I also get Natasha Bedingfield Pocket full of sunshine happy out of nowhere.

When I'm low I don't like to be around most people but my girl and few friends always make me feel better faster. Sometimes I'll grab my ipod and ride around on the bus for hours looking out of the window and pretending to be in a movie.

I usually take 5-HTP or any other natural substance that will increase my serotonin levels. Running makes me feel better for some odd reason. Ran over 500 miles this summer and my lows were pretty nonexistent.
