I usually take 5-HTP or any other natural substance that will increase my serotonin levels. Running makes me feel better for some odd reason. Ran over 500 miles this summer and my lows were pretty nonexistent.
I used to take that too
I've thought about biking downtown but the logistics of that aren't sound. Buses aren't safe here anymore. 







I have the same problem. Sucks because I would be a great artist if only I knew how to draw whats in my head.
