It depends on the Job but these are things that will get you an interview:
A cohesive , no-nonsense resume.
A convincing cover letter as to why you are interested in the job.
Quality Recommendations
Things that I look for:
Ambition
A willingness to identify your own short comings and improve them
Good team work
A willingness to learn
Things that will guarantee you don't get the job:
Tardiness
Bad Hygiene
Lack of common courtesy
Easily distracted
Inability to ever make eye contact
Answering questions incorrectly instead of admitting you don't know the answer
I always hated writing cover letters.
The whole idea just seems so dishonest. Usually someones reasons for applying for a job consist of "I don't currently have a job and want one" or "I have a job but I hate it and/or the pay is low and I think this one might be better". But then you have to make up some story about your passion for the industry and how you were drawn to the company to put on a cover letter.

The past 2 years been a transition period, income didn't jump crazy, but went from slaving for 100k working for myself to making an easy 130k working for my mentor

Based on your certs I would say networking architechture, network analyst, or std support analyst
Network architechs make the most of the three but if,you don't know what you're doing on the level they have you doing it you're going to get exposed really quickly.

Nope it's basically a full time job that I don't control my hours. I get called to go do something or run an errand and I get up ASAP and go do it. Keep track of shyt here and there. I'm a logistics dude more than anything.I hear you tommy

To put this in perspective I know guys that clear 100k a year just driving money. Not buying or selling or scamming. Just transporting large quanities of money from one place to another. I know a Mexican kid that is a tax prep dude that clears 400k a year for helping "certain people" get their books and finances in order for tax season.
There are surprisingly a lot of semi-legit employment opportunities in the underworld, If you're fine with turning a blind eye to shyt and not asking questions.
And when you get to dealing with a certain level of people, nikkas don't go to jail anymore
