Minus a negative in an equation structured like this equals a +. Basically, the opposite of subtraction would be an addition. 9/3 = 3, 3 + 2 = 5 then - (- 5) = 5. So 5+5. It’s a basic order of operations problem. Are we not teaching on this level anymore?

I honestly don't remember how to do that shyt. I understand what it's asking but I don't remember what takes priority over what anymore lol.
I know parenthesis are first
And I think it's multiplication/division before addition/subtraction
