Barkley is the closest but he was a MUCH better player. He did it in the post and was capable from the 3. Dray is iffy in the post but capable from 3. He's also a much better athlete.

I'd say Larry Johnson is also close but not when he was young. A :flabbynsick: Larry Johnson could do what Dray is doing if he was asked to

GrandMaMa wasnt pushin the pill like Chuck and Dray. They both seem to have great vision and handle for bigger dudes. Thats where the LJ comparison is lost on me. Chuck pretty much fathered Dray style.

Numbers not gonna tell the story it was a different game back then...but Bark improved his 3 pt shot from his rookie year to the Suns years by 18%..Charles Barkley - m.bkref.com

Bark ran the Suns offense to when KJ wasn't on the floor, him, Anthony Mason, and Pippen originated the point-forward

:jbhmm:
:camby:
Naw dude was a below average shooter and the numbers confirm it
Wade shoots a higher percentage than that and you don't see me :cape:
The problem with ya stats my dude is that I mentioned a specific time period in the mans career. I am a Suns fan since b4 Barkley. I watched his progression from behind the arc. He wasnt Deadeye from behind that bytch his whole career, he wasnt automatic wit Phoenix, but teams learned the hard way by leavin Charles open from 3. Ask C. Web bout that playoff performance when Bark dropped 50 plus. It wasnt just ft's and dunks my guy
:mjlol:
See a he was great shooter during specific games?
:dahell:

Ok I'll let y'all have it. That's true. Barkley was a great shooter during a select few games.:francis:

I cant put dude in that stratosphere yet. I mean, we talkin bout fukkin Scottie my nikka!

In terms of all around play style we can look at him as the Scottie Pippen type, he's mos deff not Scottie Pippen :whoa:

Well not until he reaches his 6th ring :youngsabo:

No disrespect my nikka, but Scottie is 1 of my 5 NBA Gawds all-time. I cant just throw some dude into the convo wit him. He aint got the LEGEND aura yet, ala Scottie.

Draymond in the 30's just like Bark though and that's with more attempts
First off bark was in the high 20, not the 30s , he had one season where he shot more than 30%
And one where he shot exactly 30%
There rest of his career was high 20s
Secondly
More attempts means a lower avg if anything so I don't why you mention as if it's a point in Charles' favor.

Lastly
Draymond shot 38% this season thats more than 10% higher than what Charles usually did.

10% is puts them on different tiers entirely.

That being said Barkley was vastly superior to green as a player.

Comparing percentages without context is silly

Something like 85 percent of draymonds 3 point attempts come when he doesnt have a defender within 4 feet of him
