who is stronger: Ryu or Ken

K fine maybe I exaggerated with the grades btu what I was trying to say we agress on ( i think ) Ken's a slacker who still excells without trying .... while ryu studys hard ...
with that being said, just imagined if ken gave a damn

Ken's only a slacker in comparison to Ryu. It's an exaggeration to say he doesn't give a damn either, he just ain't on Ryu's studious level. Ken goes to american tournaments and wins n shyt. Just that when Guile gave him the beats and told him to "Go home and be a family man", Ken listened. Meanwhile, Ryu got on the fukk-hoes, MOB movement and continued to get his weight up in the fight scene.

Canon-wise, I think it was said that Ryu is a tiny bit stronger, but only because he trains more and basically doesn't do anything else outside of fighting. Ken has more natural talent though.

You can't be a complete powerhouse on a competitive level. If this nikka had the power and HP, dude would've broke the game. He can evade attacks with the shadow step joint so it makes up for the low hp. He used to be banned in SF2 at tourney levels when he didn't have the super low HP.

I also played with ken.. RYU seemed stiff, like he had to think about the move before he did it so it will be perfect ... meanwhile Ken just did the damn move

i agree that ken's movement always seemed more natural then ryu

i forget which game, I believe it was super street fighter 2...the difference was noticeable. Ken was faster, and Ryu was stronger. Ken actually had a dash and a roll move that Ryu didn't have.

also, check out this video...they actually made Ken's fast fireball faster than Ryu's in SSF4 (check around the 2 minute mark)
