Who is the best shooting guard this draft?

I've heard a lot about Marcus Smart (as a combo guard), i'm not completely sold on him.. Probably has something to do with him stinking it up in march madness last year when i was attending live

and there is no reason to list him as a SG since the position is pretty loaded in this draft (Wiggins, Hood, Young, Harris, etc.)
