He made the show hard to watch after Jennifer Freeman left plus he was uncomfortably dumb . Nothing funny in the latter years of the show. Just sad.

The show got hard to watch because they added that annoying character Franklin and the show got too goofy.

all these sitcoms take focus on one person and either makes them a complete idiot or the complete opposite of what they started out to be.
like Harriet leaving Family Matters because it stopped really being about family issues.
