Kobe's fukking rap song alone puts him in the top 5 lamest of all time. Then you factor in Kate Faber, snitching to police, routinely getting punked by bums like Chris Childs and Raja Bell, choking up 3-1, his entire steeze being another man's, wifing a ran-through video ho that gave him two TJ Kidd-looking daughters and no sons, spenting 4 mil on a ring and crying on tv so that same video ho dont leave him when you know shes just waiting it out to take half under California law...we could go on and on. Its really no contest.

A tangent? Is that what you call it when people actually back up their statements with evidence and supporting arguments? Theres tons of shyt I left out because its more opinion-based. No, all of those things listed were simply events that happened in reality that paint a picture of the type of guy that Kobe Bryant is. Or are we just supposed to post our random opinions with nothing to back them up?

And lots of posters in here are stupid. If you cant tell the difference between an emotional tangent and a sound, fact-based point, you might be one of them.

Jordan scored better from damn near everywhere on the floor except the 3 point, was more efficient, was a DPOTY, and was ten times the slasher and finisher that Kobe was.

He was also a much smarter shooter, better at creating space, stronger in the post, and harder to guard.

Kobe= More defensive teams. Jordan played in the 80s where he was allowed to hack at defenders, so it was easier for him to shut down players. Kobe played when that shyt wasn't allowed and still has the most defensive teams alltime.
Kobe is/was the better versatile scorer, and at his peak he is a better scorer.
Compare Kobes 60 point games, to Jordans 60 point games. Kobe at his peak is better.
