Nas too tho, with the running out of breath shyt, I can hear when he is literally squeezing out them last 3 or 4 words of the bar, crawling to the finish line to the punch-in point, lol.

He didn't do it much on KD, thankfully, because he wasn't really rappity rapping on there, but on a lot of other shyt it's evident. Even on stage you can see his weak breath control. It's weird with Nas because it didn't really start until post-IWW, he started trying to rhyme more words or rhyme louder or something and it had them lungs under pressure.

It’s way different. Nas runs out of breath sometimes. Lupe would literally wheeze in between every bar. It would sound like he had asthma or something.

His variety of flows dwarf his peers that is in the goat running
even the haters acknowledge his greatness “if (blank) had this beat y’all wouldn’t like it”

but the main reason i say he the goat. Jay mastered making his words matter. The only person in that same realm is 2pac.

I mean...Lupe and Nas and Jay-z and Biggie, etc...are being named in this thread...Canibus couldn't even stand in front of Dizaster, lol, he got circles, squares, triangles, hexagons and all that rapped around him. Eminem cleaned him up too on wax. And these guys are more his peers imo, the battle guys, that was Canibus lane and his greatest characteristic to me. All the tools required to be considered the most talented MC ever...nah, I don't even consider him. Lyrically he was like a 8 or 9, but that's just one attribute.

Nas in his prime took his verse off of desperados because of canibus' verse and lupe is on record saying he quit rapping after hearing canibus rap. Canibus out rapped the majority of the Wu. You not saying anything by bringing up the disaster battle.
