Despite Umars flaws he has given some great speeches and i feel like he actually likes black people. He is probably a drug addict and is a bad father. But he is a Philly hood nikka at heart so you shouldnt expect much.

Tariq does deliver on his projects but i feel like he puts just enough money and effort into them to say he did it. Plus i dont think Tariq really likes black people.
