I didn't see all of the game, but I did see the foul that fouled him out. He says he thought he was stationary and it shouldn't have been called. From what I saw the call didn't have to do with being stationary as much as him sticking his leg out. That's a dangerous play and you could mess up somebody's knee like that.

The rule is pretty simple, you can't have your feet more than shoulder width apart on screens.

this. there is zero consistency with the officiating in this league. Garnett built his career on those types of screens and rarely got called for it, so when refs just pick and choose when to make those calls, its only human that people start to question their rationale.
