The weeknd is a better singer then the dream first off. And trilogy literally puts you in a world. whether you're accustomed to it or not he forces you into his world. The dream does has classics and is a genius not taking anything from him.

But baby face is a genius and r Kelly's music is destroying his. Soooo. Lll

Abel was just a singer. Jeremy Rose gave him the concept of singing of drugs and shyt. Jeremy wanted to do a group thing him being the producer and Abel being the singer and call it the Weeknd. Abel jacked the style and the name .

Why do you think his debut album was so garbage? It had no direction or whatever. He needed label and pop producers to help him on his 2nd album.

I like both.... Weeknd obviously got the juice now. But I might have to give The Dream a slight edge. His first 2 albums were flames, he's a better songwriter and makes better hooks. The Weeknd sings a lil better and has better, more interesting production. I think people slept on that 1977 mixtape.... But lucky for me I don't have to choose, I enjoy them both
