yall used to order books thru school? then the day everybody got the books that they ordered was .

looking back, it seemed like they always gave us the books on fridays. they prolly got delivered earlier in the week and faculty sat on them chits. im just now noticing this chit 20 years later b. i can dig it tho.

anyway, goosebumps was the most popular.
and do yall remember those troll dolls that sinclair used to have on "living single"? the lil broads used to buy those up. and they used to think they were cool with those troll pencils.

the main thing i used to get were the books based on sports and bio-books on tv shows like "fresh prince of bel-air" and "saved by the bell".
then goosebumps was in 3rd for me.

yall used to swap the books with your friends and stuff?

I used to do some lame shyt as a kid yo when it was time for bed I would go to my room, turn off the lights, and then use a flashlight to read the Goosebumps books under my blanket. I would read the shyt for a bit, get scared, struggle to sleep, and then have nightmares
