A lot of Timbaland's work consistently had beat switches. Some of them were even singles. Hip Hop wise, there was "Clock Strikes" remix where the beat switches after Skillz verse.

Since the 90's, his beats have heavily featured beat switches and it was really a defining feature in his work in the 2010's notably on Jay Z's MCHG, Justin's 20/20 Experience, and Beyonce's self titled album.
