This is the backbone of all modern rap that's why you need to learn this song first, so you understand how to flow, how to break in and out of different pockets, and how to use your voice has an instrument, and realize rapping is just not rhyming you can rap without rhyming
Words come of your tongue like someone blowing into a trombone or a saxophone

Secondly, Memorize the Fresh Prince of Bel of Air Theme music, and learn how to rap it

Record yourself rapping these without a beat and post them

Rappers premediate their rhymes when they waiting for their turn in the cypher and while their opponent is doing their verse, and they put them together in their head

you have slow mental capacity, so you probably can't do this
