Aries Spears was hating because they were both on MadTV.. they got the gig and he didn't.

They weren’t funny on Madtv and weren’t funny here. If Key & Peele was Mencia & Lopez nobody on the coli would say they were funny.

Key's not as funny but worked good as Peele's foil and had his moments.
