He acknowledged Blues is American but says R&B is from the UK. So American black music just stalled out until the UK song writers told us how to proceed? He made zero sense.
He's only trying to prop up the UK as a cultural force because Jamaican culture has more influence there than America. That way he can say Jamaica is the dominant cultural influencer.
