It started when he younger & the Kobe debates vs him were popular. If you remember that era , young lebron used receive a TON of jokes for not having a ring & not being "clutch".

It all happened because there were was absolutely nothing to knock lebron on, so a weakness or narrative had to be created for lebron so he that he wasn't "perfect".
