just because someone said it in a song doesnt mean they started the movement. It was Wayne, with Lil B taking it to the extreme saying it in damn near every song and as adlibs. Soulja jacked it and blew it up as well. The internet basically started calling it swag rap shortly after. Swag rap = exaggerated flamboyance, style and cockiness. keyword: exaggerated.

Cam and all them were just being themselves, 90s flashiness.
