Anyone here take Magnesium? Magnesium Oxide or Magnesium Citrate?
Magnesium oxide is useless.

Try topical mg chloride.

Just revisit the topic it seems to blow oral absorption out the water, according to hair tests.

Been supplementing magnesium bisglycinate for a month now. No stomach distress with full dose on an empty stomach and I've been sleeping much better since taking it. Sh1t is potent and relaxes the body, so be careful when using it.

Oh yeah, just a heads up...it taste horrible... 🤮

Nah. They called supplements for a reason. Now if u living off them joints, u have a point.


As pertaining to OP, magnesium and potassium are the two that most people lack.

Thankfully, i eat bananas and spinach evrry day.

If u were to get supplements, these two should be on the top of your list
