She says that she tries to teach the young black men in her class to better themselves. If she was truly sincere about all of this she would talk to her own people about racism and the institutions that are in place that benefit them to the detriment of black people. Talk to them about removing the roadblocks that their elite put in place to keep black people from advancing. Talk to them about the things they do to uphold their systems of white privilege and racism.
