So explain to me. Why does Boosie do bars and Jay stadiums, in the same city all across the south?I dont know a single jay z fan in real life

Jay-z was not a household name until 1999-2000 in the Southern region. Big Pimpin made it cool for Jay-z to be bumped down here like that. Before that, nobody down south or on the West gave two shyts about what JayZ had going on.
I'll let you know something, Jay Z dropped in 1996, and that album went gold or something.
Dudes down here were going Gold with no major, dudes down here were selling 100k-300k with no major pushing them.
Before UGK co-signed off on JayZ and made it cool for folks to bump his shyt, he was not on nikkas radars down here.
