I remember your ass defending him well after and still saying Okafor>Russell. :mjlol:

Every single person that defended Okafor after seeing him play deserves a giant L for association.

Jahlil is >>>> Russell he's just having a slow start :russ:

The part where we value him and want to hold on to him. He was shopped relentlessly up to the deadline, Sixers even posted a goodbye message on twitter.
Then he was pretty much benched the rest of the year...

gotcha....i didnt mean yall thought he was the future, but he is a nice backup plan to have...which it seems like philly treats him as...cause if they wanted him gone, he'd be gone...we've seen teams get rid of players for whatever....

I don't know why people are acting as if Jah did not put up 17 and 7 his rookie season? Dude is getting benched because he is not a good fit out there in Philly.

Do it Phil.

If a rookie isn't making a team a contender they are labeled a bust nowadays. Instant gratification culture.

Just like my man Russell, in his second year playing great but haters all over him calling him a bust.

:merchant:

Knicks Phil?

Let the disaster continue. He'd be a nice piece but we are too dysfunctional.

I got faith in Bro. He only 21 too. nikkas in here acting like his career over and shyt :dahell:

Put him in a better situation and I believe he can flourish
Oh no doubt to talented offensively. The team that gets him need a 4 that can protect the rim though and they don't exist like they use to.

He might need to get a little bit lighter...a little quicker.

He's not a bum. But he does need a bit of an attitude adjustment and good coaching.

I don't think Philly is in any rush to move him. This is a good problem to have.

I suppose I could see Philly moving him for a draft pick and a decent perimeter shooter off the bench. Maybe someone to take Gerald Henderson's role.

That would be a mistake that will only further devalue him. Should have been traded before the season last year.
too many bigs, the guy is talented but yeah IF Simmons and Embiid both play healthy for the next season + Saric already taking Jah's minutes away there is really not much of a role for big fella besides coming off the bench. We saw for how cheap the mavs took Noel away. That is one Hinkie's mistake that he done was drafting way too many bigs.

Yeah I agree they should have know this last year lol. If they can get a first need to pull that trigger.
