The question was brought up in another thread but I wanted to know what everyone else thought.

For me it's The Undertaker and not even close but I'd like to hear from everyone else. :lupe:

Undertaker because Kane is just an offshoot of what he created, but pound for pound I think they're equals. At his best Kane was right there with him (in terms of talent)

Kane's prime was a lot shorter but during that time he was just as must see as taker I think. Over as a heel, over as a face.

You're right I can't think of any classic matches but that's because he wasn't in as many main events.

my dude, theres a REASON he wasn't in as many main events as taker. and you don't have to be in a main event to have a classic match

true but undercard matches get lost in the shuffle of my collective memory sometimes. i'm sure kane had some great matches from that era, i just don't much remember them. if that suggests he wasn't as good a wrestler to you then so be it.

although i'm sure if you rattled off taker's most classic matches the majority of them would involve him and another main event caliber star. it's not like he was one of those guys who could just carry any bum.

Kane's debut was GOAT but was only able to happen because of the undertaker.... the entire Kane fun from HIAC to the wrestlemania match with Taker is incredible. But again story only exist because of taker. But Kane played the character to perfection.

Kanes only classic is VS Taker... Kicked out of 3 tombstones. And he even kicked out of the 4th a milli second after the ref counted 3. It made you think taker barely beat him.

Kane debuted as being greater than undertaker but he fell off when they started doing dumb shyt like teaming him with Xpac and mock foley
