Undertaker, overall.

Both had gimmicks that should've been dead in the water. Undertaker's brother is a character that's really hard to live up to. Honestly, that easily could've stunk the joint out but Kane pulled it off. Hard shoes to fill, so he deserves props for that.

I think he was physically more impressive. I don't think he had the same psychology and ability to put together a match. He was good, but he probably wasn't capable of having GOAT match discussions like Taker/HBK.

He did deal with some baaaaad booking and came through it, +1 one for that too.

Taker is Taker so no knock on being #2 to him.

Kane from 97-03 is better than Taker from 90-03 imo. But Taker from 04-14 is GOAT status so Taker is a bit ahead of him, but just a bit

Who doesn't mark out though when Kane's fire pyro goes off?

Undertaker. Kane was only "better" (or more appealing) than Undertaker for maybe 2 years since 1997. I'm not even sure if he has any classic matches, only matches that are good and that I like (various matches with X-Pac, Inferno match with Taker for the novelty, the first MITB match, that Raw TLC right before the Katie Vick thing, and some others).
