What is the general consensus between these two as far as who could do more on the basketball court? Robinson was an athletic freak but Olajuwon was on another level, both could score and defend very well but who was more skilled between them?

This is the answer right here. Hakeem's basketball skills were way more refined at one point. Not when he first got in the league though. But you cant hate in the Admiral though. Both of them were two big men i immediately think of when i think of big men that would thrive in the league today.

Dream, if memory serves correctly, was top ten in the league in steals and blocks. He was a better defender than the admiral, his J was wetter, and had pretty much the toughest championship run in league history playing with basura

Olajuwon had better footwork. That’s probably the biggest thing that separated them.

But they were both elite. And David Robinson doesn’t get enough credit for how great he was. Robinson’s 93-94 season was one of the best by a big man ever. To me, on par with Dream that same year. But Dream got the MVP, DPOY, NBA Title and Finals MVP and shyt...that’s gonna overshadow anybody. Admiral had a historic season the same year as Dream was more historic. So...

People forget that 95 series went 6 games and Admiral still put up 23 and 11.
Game 1 was a one point loss and Game 6 was 100-95. The Spurs played the Rockets 6 times that year and won 4 of them.

Maybe if Rodman actually wasn’t a bytch about helping to guard Dream in the playoffs it could have been different. I don’t give a fukk what rumors he wants to spread in his books.
