For will Smith name a memorable acting scene other than when his daddy didn't want him.

Trick question... There aren't any. Jaleel played multiple characters that had different personalities. I think it's obvious that back then Will wasn't the actor that he is now

Jaleel was stuck as Urkel cause he played it so well. Will was playing himself so it was easier to move around & play different roles.

Feel like Jaleel would make a great villain. Will Smith is the "hero" type and most of his movies play out that way. He's not really the bad guy and I'm not sure if he could pull it off. Maybe with the right script??

Jaleel needs a role where he gets to be a bad guy. Not big/bad intimidating because that's not his lane....but a slick talking, smooth bad guy. Something dramatic to show off his chops...maybe add some facial hair and a hairstyle that's different.

Truth.

They said that Will didn't even understand how the cameras worked at first. Those scenes where he'd break the 4th wall and stare at the camera weren't always planned.

This is why British actors have a lot of success over here. They spend a lot more time in theater doing plays and many go to university for that shyt. A lot of our actors come up in commercials (Jaleel) or they get their first break on TV (Will). Transitioning from TV to movies is damn near impossible for American actors unless they have Hollywood looks and presence. Brits can look like whatever and make the jump more easily, especially over here.

Jaleel, and that ain’t no knock on will. Fresh Prince the goat sitcom cause it had a outstanding cast as a whole, the characters other than will could legit carry episodes, Carlton and Uncle Phill did it regularly.

Family matters is dead without Jaleel, even Carl ain’t enough to carry multiple episodes alone. Jo Marie Payton was salty about Urkel getting all the shine but the original vision of the show would have been dead after 1 season
