Once again that has nothing to do with which guy u would take and the reasoning for it. Way to ignore how your duplicity got exposed and try to justify the bullshyt btw. :pachaha:
Where do you see me championing Melo or acting like the contrary to what their careers actually are, is the reasoning behind me picking Melo?

U cant say guys are in the same boat and neither has distinguished themselves AND pick one guy "easy". Picking one guy "easy" and regularly shytting on the other in his defense is championing breh. Lemme guess its the media and popular opinion's fault right? :mjlol:

The point is u like Melo more :heh:. No need to try to act like its any deeper than that.
:heh:

No I don't. I don't like either of them. The point is I wouldn't need to say shyt about CP0, if he was treated the same way Melo is. If the vice versa occurred, you would see me shyttin on Melo and trying to restore some order by 'advocating' for Chris Paul.

My reasoning behind picking Melo is that in today's climate, there's so many dominate guards and very few dominate wings...... Melo is a rare commodity whereas CP0 isn't...... his production/impact is easier to replace.

See my post above.

And no that's not championing.... if you asked me where do I think they sit in a player ranking sense..... i'd say they both are in tier 2 with basically little to no difference between them.

Tier 1 - Bron, Durant.
Westbrook would be somewhere between tier 1 and tier 2
Tier 2 - Melo, CP0, Griffin, Aldridge, Curry, Love, George,
Irving, Davis would be somewhere between tier 2 and tier 3
Tier 3 - Lillard, etc etc

I wasn't even going to post in here. Its a ridiculous topic. Its like asking "who you would rather have Dwyane Wade or Michael Redd?"

No person that understands basketball would ever pick Melo over Chris Paul.

Thing is Melo has not proven to be more rare in real life for 11 years.

Breh u said more than once u are riding for Melo in response to the media/popular opinion...thats championing. No matter how its sliced neither guy has truly separated himself by any fair or even most unfair measures.

Look at the point guards in the league, now look at the wings in the league. Now look at the players dropping 60+ points.

I'm just balancing it out. I'm affording him the luxuries, that CP0 is given and he isn't. Isn't that what I just said - that they're basically ranked right next to each other?

An individual player dropping 60 does nothing for my franchise...see Knicks missing the playoffs. Generally speaking elite wings and post players >> small pgs but Melo has done nothing to seperate himself which is why I said its close but it shouldnt be.

Regardless off why u are doing it it is championing. Do u know what championing is?

See the Knicks roster.

What do you mean it shouldn't be close?

I don't know what's so hard to understand...... who would i start my team with... right now.... melo or cp0...... i gave my reasoning of there's soooo many productive pgs and very little wings..... that i'd pick melo without a doubt... meaning i would have no reason to doubt that because they're basically in the same grouping as a players yet melo has the advantage of being more of an anomaly....... i can pick melo and get another pg who has near equal impact on offense ..... i can't do the same if i pick CP0

I pick Melo........ i still have Curry, Rose, Westbrook, Lillard, Irving etc etc to choose from
I pick CP0..... all i have is George.....

comprende?

Point is nice individual numbers alone do nothing for a franchise. CP3 has had his share of shytty rosters too. They both chose their current circumstance so neither really warrants the teammates excuse.

It shouldnt be close because Melo is a 6'8 240 "anamoly" and CP3 is a small pg. Melo has had AI, Billups, and Miller and still hasnt been any more successful teamwise than CP3. SF and PG arent the only two positions...see CP3 running with Blake.
