I know people from California that were shocked by the fact that CO's from other states weren't making as much money as them when they moved.

I get that CO's in other states don't make much and it can compromise their morals at times, but knowing what CO's in California make there's really no excuse to be doing dirt.

I guarantee whatever this CO was paid for the tape he could've made in a few days of OT.
