I don't think it's hard to workout. I think sticking to it is hard. It's like preparing for a test that never comes. Sometimes, I'll have day where I'm like, "Damn, am I training for the Olympics or some shyt and someone didn't tell me :dahell:?"

i hit the gym twice a week.
45 minutes of weights, 10 minutes stretching, 15 minutes on the treadmill.

i get some hiking in every now and again....i used to bike heavy but i'm in a really hilly area now.

exercise is great because you will crave foods you need and you sleep well.
