same here, pushups, sit ups, dips, 25-35 lbs dumbbells, and I hoop 3-4 times a week.

do you use a medicine ball?

ive been working out at home for the past 2 weeks and can only do dips, push ups, pull ups and dumbbell exercises with 25 lbs. i still get a good workout in but i know ill lose the gains i made from the gym

I joined La Fitness about 2 1/2 months ago, went for like 2-3 week and kept gettin sick So I stopped going & just use what I have at home: Pro 390 L Weight Bench- Weider-Fitness & Sports-Strength & Weight Training-Weight Benches

Plus I got my pull up bar, 2 25lb dumbbells, camber bar, jump rope & the beach for cardio. So I'm good fukk a gym, only thing I miss is the biddies

Nah I don't have a medicine ball, why? Your workout sounds similar to mine, yea man your gonna lose some of your gym gain, don't know what to tell you there. Try new workouts I guess.

i wanna work my core out and heard medicine balls are good for that. all i do now are planks and sit ups.

Yea I have heard they are good for that. Might look into getting one and adding new workouts using it. Right now I'm just doing situps n leg raises

Beach is where its at though, I like the outside gym and the bars on the beach, I switch up between there, the one in the groove & the one in Pinecrest. to whoever idea it was to put up them outdoor gyms.

Not that I know of, I copped one from Walmart for like 40 or 50 and it came with 2 dumbbell bars too, I just use the plates from my bench on them. If u want the ez bar alone its prolly cheaper.
