This is a tricky question. Beyonce sells more, but Drake is at the top of the current rap totem pole, and makes (or features on) far more songs that actually have traction with people. Like 90% of Beyonce's solo music are forgettable empowerment songs that nobody even remembers two years down the road. She's more popular for her celebrity and superstar marriage than for her actual music, which isn't true for Drake. Beyonce's like a really shytty mix of 80s Madonna/Janet.
