....to be a fly on the wall in a miami halftime locker room

:jbhmm:
These third quarter meltdowns have been happening for years
Heat fans have been wondering for years why Spo teams continually have these issues
What the hell does he do for his teams to be :deadmanny::zzz:almost every third quarter

Mia needs a rebuild badly. This team just isn't equipped to compete against a high scoring squad. We get beat every 3rd quarter we may come back to begin the 4th but then we lose in a heartbeat. Philly kills us with the three ball nobody tries to close out on 3pt shots it's embarrassing man.

You can't win without having solid shooters.

Miami can't consistently hit open 3's, while Philly can hit anything.

The offense doesn't work if you don't have anyone that can keep the opposing defense honest. Having guys that are a threat helps with ball movement. Wayne Ellington is the best shooter on this team, and he hasn't done much this series at all.

Spo is absolutely horrible:mjlol:

Hassan grabs an offensive rebound and draws a foul. Let's take him out.

Bam gets a put back dunk. Let's take him out

Dude has no idea what he's doing. He's just scrambling and hoping anything sticks. Just a horrendous stupid human being.
He hasn’t improved at all from the guy who let mike bibby and Joel Anthony start through the finals while providing a combined 11-34 shooting on the series :snoop:

I hardly blame Spo, but you had 3 dudes that didn't score in the starting lineup. The bench kept them in it, and you can't find ONE dude from that bench to put in at the start of the 3rd in an elimination game?

At the end of the day your bench was playing against mostly bench players, playing bench players versus the starters I doubt would've fixed the problem because they're facing different matchups. Even if he did start the 3rd with Olynyk or Winslow they'd have to meet Embiid at the rim and face Simmons/Covington on the perimeter.

It was a lose/lose situation, your team isn't good enough, no amount of coaching will fix that. Too many star contracts given to middle of the road players.

Philly is disciplined defensively. They don't let him get off at all.

And the thing is..since he's our only real shooter, they can key in on him and make him a none factor when he's on the floor.

Hassan can't stay on the court so we don't have a defensive anchor

And without DWait no one on offense can take a nikka on his own
