Nah defensive holding, automatic first down is the worst cuz it’s only a 5 yd penalty

That is probably the one rule I believe is significantly better in the NFL than in college. I understand there will always be ticky tac calls, but I think the spot foul is much better as a rule than 10-15 yards.

Otherwise it's strategic abuse. Remember... you don't get kicked out with too many penalties.

PI could be a 15yrd penality....but then you have to put a player limit on it so the player is ejected at a certain point.
