WWF - Austin. The moment that man won the King of the Ring and cut that promo, that was it for me.
NJPW/AEW - Kenny Omega when he got Kliqued up and joined BC...before a homie had put me on and it was like yo he's pretty good. But when he became The Cleaner that was it for me.

Honorable mention to him turning heel so effectively with the Planet's Champion bit that he managed to get booed after returning from career-ending injury/retirement barely a couple months earlier. VERY few people can go from so universally beloved to outright booed and back again with no downtime. That's GOAT shyt.

First favorite is Ultimate Warrior. I was like 4 around WM 8 and he seemed like the shyt. The colors, theme music, running entrance was all I needed.
First wrestler I knew was great: Bret Hart. The matches with Bulldog and Perfect just seemed epic to me as a kid. Like movies in the ring.

Growing up we ain’t have too much money to spare. So I only got a costume for kindergarten cuz my sisters bf at the time copped it for me, trying to get in her guts (she’s way older than me). After that I always wanted to be Sting for Halloween so I did a few days bagging groceries and shyt like that to save up the face paint so I can be Sting. I looked more like a mime but you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t Sting. If I got to meet that nikka I’m sure I would tear up not cuz of him but because I know that kid inside would have died to meet him. Shout out to my nikka Stink.
