Grey cars fault

The Jag incorrectly entered traffic but as a driver your are responsible for acting accordingly to any hazards in front of you. If he was properly scanning his path he would have seen 5 secs ahead that the jag was about to do something to impact his path…And flying like a bat out of hell made it no better

*edit

Hilariously I just had to go over this with my cadet who just got caught off guard by some fool pulling off from a parked spot just now

nikkas crazy out here

:patrice:What about the cars in the other lanes that wrecked?

ima say it was a blind spot further up the street that we cant see. That’s why the car in the left lane slowed. But the car behind him crashed into the back of him.

Definitely the jaguars fault and I'm glad he got his. Would be cruel af for it to just be the innocent person waiting to turn that got crashed into.

Jaguar clearly wasn't looking but the accord was speeding and not paying attention :mjlol:

I'm sure if cops pulled up they'd put the blame on the jaguar but this video would show the accord(was it an accord) was possibly speeding and didn't stop in time because of it.

Both parties may be at fault although the jaguar moreso than the other car

A main rule we teach at my job is leaving yourself an out….so in the event you have a situation like this you don’t become trapped and have a solid exit strategy.

General rule of thumb is leaving about 5 secs ahead of you of space. You gonna be slow to some folks but you’ll be safe

For this specific situation the guy who speeding is fukked on the police report, that’s prolly the worst of all illegal shyt done in all of this fukkery

The car with rims should've waited to pull out the parking lot until traffic slowed down. However, the other driver shouldn't have been speeding either but that's why the guy with the rims should have just waited assuming he had seen the speeding car coming ahead.

The driver must've thought the oncoming cars would've given him the benefit of the doubt and let him squeeze in the lane but that's not always the case.

In these scenarios, I always wait to pull out till I noticed the traffic has lessened up a bit.

Bro that’s defensive driving and even with that you have to sometimes break the rules of the road or unwritten rules to be safe.

It would appear his speed was going with the flow of traffic, it was his reaction time that was lacking.

This is telling, by the other cars( going the same speed) that where crashing behind him.

one car slowed every other car was going the same speed as the car involved in the wreck.

failure to yield would trump any unproven speed violation the other car was doing.

Looking at the video the speeding car not only hit the jag, as a last min ditch effort he switched lanes also hitting the side of the car that did properly slow down

So that’s now 2 accidents he directly responsible for

LOL NO

YOU NOT SUPPOSED TO TURN INTO A LANE UNTIL YOURE 100% IN THE CLEAR

IF GREY CAR WAS SPEEDING ITS FUCCED UP BUT STILL NOT HIS FAULT
This is generally the traffic law..

Whenever you are making a left turn or leaving a parking lot onto the main roadway you are suppose to yield to ALL traffic.

But that is usually with no witness or video footage.

The video could make a case the other vehicle was speeding too fast for conditions and could be liable. Or at atleast a 50/50 split on liability for both parties involved.

Breh all the cars where going the same speed.

as you can tell by the car weaving in between the wreck at the end.

Does your job teach you to speed through accidents that happen in front of you?

as I said before, i bet it’s parking on that side of the street that makes it hard for the curb lane to see traffic coming out of parking lots. That’s why the left lane traffic saw it first. Also why the curb lane car is still moving at a high rate after the wreck.
