Yep there were a lot of absentee parents when we grew up. They may have been around but a lot were not involved with our day to day life. We brag about how we could do everything as kids with no parental guidance...and now look.

Theres nothing wrong in general with the youth today, very smart kids.
But I think with social media we are able to see all the fuked up kids clearly.
We had fukked up kids in our generation growing up only you only heard the fukked up shyt they did, now it seems like kids go out of their way to make sure you see it.
And I think that’s the biggest problem with the youth today is that they have to live with that on the internet for the rest of their life.

1 out of 4 Black dads does not live with the child
It's 18% for Latinos, 8% for Whites
parents and schools are at the top and lack of resources IF it includes conditions that create financial hardship

Now have you ever in your life heard someone admit to being a bad parent and that they are the reason for the child’s fukk ups?
So if the kids aren’t responsible for the fukk ups and the parents are, why do more people not blame the parents for being fukked up?

Parents. fukk parents. The supposed village as whole in whatever community.
All that media sht can be monitored and censored by the village but the village done got laxed. Getting old and aging out.
We stuck with 43 or 37 year old granny’s as the head of household and it shows in the generations down the line.

It's definitely deeper than "lack of resources".
You got kids like T.I's son out here thugging it out and that's definitely not due to a lack of resources.
I see alot of people saying "lack of parenting" , but when you look at things from a macro standpoint, it's bigger than that too. So called "parents" are being affected and influenced by something bigger. Parents themselves are a result of the CULTURE that they are under. Parents are only as useful as the culture dictates.
If the father idolizes Gucci Mane and the mother idolizes The City Girls then we can make a wild guess on how the kid will turn out.
I guess what I'm getting at is that the kids are a result of the parents who themselves are a result of something bigger...the overall culture.
What's glorified, promoted and glamorized the most in the culture?
Answer that question and you'll see why a segment of the youth are straight up demons.
