It's definitely deeper than "lack of resources".

You got kids like T.I's son out here thugging it out and that's definitely not due to a lack of resources.

I see alot of people saying "lack of parenting" , but when you look at things from a macro standpoint, it's bigger than that too. So called "parents" are being affected and influenced by something bigger. Parents themselves are a result of the CULTURE that they are under. Parents are only as useful as the culture dictates.

If the father idolizes Gucci Mane and the mother idolizes The City Girls then we can make a wild guess on how the kid will turn out.

I guess what I'm getting at is that the kids are a result of the parents who themselves are a result of something bigger...the overall culture.

What's glorified, promoted and glamorized the most in the culture?

Answer that question and you'll see why a segment of the youth are straight up demons.
