What if that’s the only time she was able to show up at the post office?
I don't give a shyt.
And I don't believe that.

She just found out THAT DAY that she had to go to the post office? And she couldn't go at any time earlier? It had to be minutes before close?

I just googled my post office. They open at 9am and close at 7pm. That's a 10 hour window.

Wake up earlier, bytch.
Or do it tomorrow.

That’s your post office hours. Mine here is from 8:30-4:30, so it’s not an option for me as I’m working during that time.

She was antagonizing him so I see why breh was mildly irritated
Not only that, I hate people who come into businesses late and expecting optimal customer service
People are tired and ready to go home
Being that I worked for USPS, this time of year is a bytch
And he may have other duties to attend to before closing all the way out
Pulling your phone out and calling him a coward is bytch shyt and she knew what she was saying/doing
fukk that bytch and I hope her packages get lost or delayed in a container

Breh....I have HORROR stories about last minute customers...

Story time:

This lady came in at the last minute about an order that was fukked up by a co-worker with a bit of down syndrome or some shyt, no harm no foul. It's a sale and so forth. So it was me and my supervisor trying to make it right, despite it being the co-worker's fukk up. She wanted to get a big deal off of the laptop. Of course that's not going to happen when we gave her 20 percent off with the fact that it was open box etc. She stares and tries to come up with another deal. I'm not for the bargaining shyt as I am hungry, tired, stressed, and worn out by dumb ass customers pestering me about wanting "bells and whistle" laptops that don't game for a 100 dollars like such a thing fukking exists :why:

Finally, my supervisor realizes she's not backing down, he realizes he has nuts and just makes the final offer.

She says nevermind and walks out. 30 fukking minutes after closing I was about to strangle and stomp the bytch because I could be at home, eating food, resting my claws from standing up for almost 10 hours, and sleeping. Thank fukk, I'm not doing the retail thing no more. I hate entitlement and incompetence. I get it, you are the customer, and you deserve the business and best deals to keep businesses a float.

But this action along with various actions, are why we have self check out lines, why the job market is damn near extinct, and why customers like this struggling head ass bytch are going to get a rude awakening with the times.

You don't know a good thing until it is gone. These workers are human. They have lives, they have families, and they have to put up with nonsense. Have some mercy and just wait until the next day. Hell, have UPS or FedEx pick it up, if you are a business, you get perks for package shipments. Don't do this to somebody that haven't been home, missed out on their time with children and their loved ones just to endure the hell of trying to get a buck in the customer service industry.

Like I said, from the bottom of my heart fukk last minute customers, fukk ignorant and malicious customers, and fukk the management and higher ups that still have this term "the customer is always right", when my first manager out of his own very mouth said that "the customer is not always right"

By the G code :wow:

a lot of People think "closed at 7pm" means, they will finish any and all unfinished transactions as long as you enter the building prior to 6:59.
If you operate by this logic, you never really close at 7. You actually close at like 7:15, 7:30 ect etc.

I used to work at a computer lab, and we let people know at 6:30pm that we don't "close at 7" we "finish closing at 7" big difference. means at 7:01 lights are off.

we would also lock the doors at 6:30 though which i think was his mistake.
