I've been in finance for almost ten years now. In my experiences, cacs don't give a fukk about a fro or a beard (I have/had both) unless it's wildly unkempt, which a nikka would never be anyway.

Last thing I think about is what some pasty wrinkly cac thinks of my hair when sistas come in that bytch with terrible blonde weaves or multi color big curls.
This mentality of worrying about this shyt, this mental walk on eggshells with cac needs to be thrown in the shrubbery.
Don't have your facial hair/hair lookin raggedy, stay suited and booted and put in work. That's it.
Those brothers who "play it safe" and shave everything off while rockin the extremely low cut do be the biggest c00ns/tap dancers in the muhfukka though.
