Gods, demons and etc are supernatural, they are not a part of the natural world. Science studies the natural world and natural phenomena.

If somebody says...."Gods, demons and vampires are real..."

They are gonna have to prove it...

For the sake of simplicity...a skeptic is gonna say...those entities aren't real because for most of human history...we never seen one...and it isn't really possible to study a god, demon or vampire.

Show us a god, a demon and a vampire...cause far as most of us understand...it isn't "real" and it requires faith and belief.

I know a lot about science and the bible , in fact I started understanding the Bible after I got into science
