Why are barber shops so unprofessional?

I've been going to the same barbershop for years and the only problem I ran into consistently was guys leaving razor marks on the side of my head. The cut itself was good, but I would have to look in the mirror and see scars that needed a week or so to heal. :unimpressed:

They raised prices because of COVID, but the cuts are still dope and I haven't been scratched the last few times I was there. They're also timely. Sometimes, I just walk in there and get a chair with no waiting. I'm out no more than 40 minutes later. It's also good to get there early or on a day where business is slow so you don't have to worry about crowds.

This nikka cutting my hair and every minute he has to stop to :
check his phone for a message
make a quick phone call
change the tv channel
change the music playing on the radio
holla at some chick walking outside
See someone he knows walking outside and meet him a for a minute talk
Talk to his fellow barbers

I'm sitting there with a half shaven head like :beli:

All this shyt happening in the middle of a fukking haircut and he has the nerve to expect a tip. :camby:

What’s wrong with being a professional and actually concentrating 100% on your client and making sure you give him the best haircut possible? :what:
Man shut up u sound like a hoe

Sometimes, you don't even notice it until after you leave or you go home. Then when you tell the barber about it, they're like :yeshrug: and you just have to take the loss. :russ:

And there are other barbers at the shop that could do the same cut without making that mistake, so you know that one guy is just sloppy. :mjlol:

I owe you a Rep when they turn them back on, I thought it was just me dealing with these fools. :wow:

That shyt NEVER showed up in the chair, so breh hands me the mirror and I'm thinking it's all good. Alcohol got a little bite to it but that's normal.

Next day you spot that faint line in the mirror and ready to run the fade with a nikka. :stopitslime:
