Why are black folks boycotting big retailers like Target when they are the only type of business that hires young Black men?

Breh Literally all of the jobs you linked require multiple areas of electrical experience and an apprenticeship/certifications and average at like 25 an hour .
Half of them are full electrician positions.

These dudes are not FBA and they do not live in the south. In the south if an unskilled Black boy or man 16-23 has a job it's usually with a national corporation not a local business ran by these other races.

This is nationwide. $30/hr on average from apprentice's to master's regardless of experience level there are A LOT MORE APPRENTICE'S THAN HIGHER LEVEL. Bruh you said go on Indeed and find one making more than $15/hr and I did there is not one job I saw listed as $15/hr. At the bottom end nothing was making less than $20/hr(which is true most 1st years make about $20/hr now.) This was last decade, I promise it is more now.

You have proven nothing bruh, I told you how much I make. I'm sure there are other trades who can tell you how much they make I know there's a few people from other trades and other trades on here. Then again you are in Florida, everyone in every field knows Florida sucks for work cause they hardly have any most of the time that's why nobody goes to work out there.

I don't be seeing young black men working at Target, not saying they don't hire alot of them but just not from what I've seen. Mostly young cac girls and dudes.

I see a lot of black women working at Target. Most of the time when I would go to Target(I haven't been in one since February) it would only be black women working there.
