Who said that God is going out of his way? That's what people think when they feel they haven't experienced , seen, or can't prove the existence of God. But even if you can't prove God that doesn't mean that God has went out of his way to not be seen.
We just discovered last year that over 6K years ago Ancient Egyptians practiced mummification Much earlier than thought --- That information has always been there,, shyt wasn't buried deep or anything, we just didn't see it.............
Both Atheist and religious people would be foolish to make assumptions in attempting to understand the 'logic' of a creative force. Why would we assume that it would even be logical for God to 'remove all doubt'. Is it possible that the prophets of God where here for a reason? Or if you don't believe in prophets that maybe God has given us the ability to believe in a creator based on the fact that we haven't been shown any alternatives? It's it illogically to assume all matter and consciousness has come from inanimate matter randomly - when we have no base of that that EVER happening ( but we have an infinite number of examples of life creating life)?
I don't believe God is mysterious at all. Just like some may assume that Gravity is mysterious or the creation of the ancient pyramids is mysterious... when one is simply missing an understanding of what gives mass mass........ and the other is just idiots not realizing that nikkas just poured liquid int he sand when they moved them blocks.

If 15 years ago scientists laughed at others, it's because the data wasn't there. they did research and found out the science was solid. Then they stopped laughing. we don't just blindly accept things, we question them and probe them. something your religion does not allow at all. The church basically forbids all asking of any questions that challenge your faith.
And no, we do not allow contradictions in our theories. We disprove them or find out wh instead of blindly following what we're told.
Contradiction in what you believe in means that there's holes. There's flaws. There's lies. There's made up shyt. And you're ok with that, because the book you believe in is fake anyway.

I don't agree with you to me he is mysterious especially if you go by most major religions where he wants us to worship him and follow his teachings but I respect your opinion.
