*cracks knuckles*
I always asked myself this with every single thing that I been through, but I always have to remind myself that black people are the closest thing to God's peculiar people. Meaning that we are close to his heart and will go through the worst type of issues known in existence due to the blessings that are laid out upon us.
Check this out OP, black people can withstand the woes of life as a collective:
- When we are hungry, we take the scraps and whip up something incredible to stretch out for weeks to come
- When we are poor, we hustle our asses off and take the low bearing jobs that white folks scoff over
- When we are sick, we have remedies that are homebrewed to defeat the illnesses or put ourselves in temporary relief
- When we lack clothes, we managed to carry on the hand me downs so that we can prosper throughout life
Look at the ones that hate us the most. Most white people freaked out during the pandemic on a jobless and helpless scale, what we did? We made the most of those checks and flip them bytches. We managed to take control of the wheel while some of those were serving in the ditch. When it comes down to mental health, we are some of the most strong minded individuals to roam the planet. Meanwhile, something as small as a overdue bill, some white folks yoke themselves. Hell, I just seen a video of this white dude blowing his entire face off because he lost his house, his girl, and his job.
Meanwhile, my family and I downsized and currently living in a hotel with nothing but one income, one focus, and a plan that is soon about to come to life. Yes this shyt gets rough and yes it's painful to deal with the idea of us as a people getting treated like broken cattle, but goddammit we are stronger than we feel.
Don't let this push to break our spirit that the media is trying to portray becomes a embodiment of reality. At the end of the day, we are the ones that they envy.
Look at our style, our persona, our aura, our natural physiques, and our cadences compared to theirs. They will never equal to the strength of our stature. No matter how much they try with the blatant media agendas, the racism, and so forth.
Bottom line, we will have the last laugh at the end. Especially me when I will finally leave this bytch and build a foundation that will spread throughout the world.
Until then, in the worlds of 2Pac "what you looking all sad for...nikka you black smile for me now!"
Now back to my leaf feast
Yall need to come through on these branches breh
